No Fail Divinity

3 cups sugar
1 cup karo syrup
1 cup water
Cook until 290 degrees (hardcrack)

1 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
Cook  until syrup spins thread or softcrack temp 260 degrees

Put both on at same time to cook.  add 2nd mixture to 3 egg whites beaten until stiff.  Beat until smooth.  Add hard crack syrup and 1 tsp vanilla.  Beat until holds shape.

Fudge

3-6 oz bags of chocolate chips
1 can condensed milk

Melt together.

Add:
1 tsp vanilla
nuts

Pour into buttered pan and cool.

Candy

1 pkg vanilla pudding powder
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup nuts

Cook and stir to a full boil.  Lower heat, keep stirring for about 3 minutes.  Beat and Drop onto pan to cool.  You can also use raisens, peanuts, peanut butter, or other flavor of pudding.

Chocolate Chip Fudge

1 can evaporated Milk
4 1/2 cups sugar
3 pkg chocolate chips
1/2 lb butter
3 cups nuts
1 tsp vanilla
18 oz marshmallows

Boil milk and sugar ten mins.  Stirring constantly.  Mix remaining ingredients in seperate bowl.  Then add milk and sugar mixture.  Beat and add nuts.  Form into rolls or drops.

Butter Scotch Candy

1 pkg butter scotch pudding powder
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup nuts

Cook and stir for 5 mins and drop onto pan to cool.
