Potato Leek Soup (Destonee)

4 cups chicken broth
3 potatoes peeled and diced
1 1/2 cup cabbage chopped
1 leek diced
1 onion chopped
2 carrots chopped
1 lb bacon cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup parsley
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp caraway seeds
1 bay leaf
1/2 cup sour cream

In lg. crock pot combine chicken broth, potatoes, cabbage, leek, onion, carrots & parsley.  Stir in salt, pepper, caraway seeds & bay leaf.  Cover and cook on high 4-5 hrs.  Remove bay leaf before serving.  combine liquid from crock pot with sour cream.   Add to crock pot and stir in bacon.
