Chicken Enchiladas (Destonee)

3 cups cooked chicken
2 tsp chili powder
1 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup monterey jack cheese
3/4 cup salsa
10 flour tortillas

Combine chicken with sour cream, bell pepper, green onion, salsa, chili powder, garlic powder.  Stir in soup.  Place 1/2 mixture in center of each tortilla with some cheese.  Spread remaining mixture over top of tortillas and bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
