9 tomatillos
1 1/2 pork roast chopped
3 serrano chilies (seeded)
1 clove garlic
chopped cilantro to taste
Boil tomatillos and chopped chilies until soft. Add cilantro and boil 3-5 more min. THen blend solids until smooth. Brown pork roast. Add meat to sauce with garlic and simmer in crock pot all day. Serve with flour tortillas.
