Glorified Rice (Kathy)

2 cup cooked rice (chilled)
1 small can crushed pineapple
3/4 cup sugar
1   3 oz box strawberry geletin
1 pt whipped cream or cool whip

Dissolve geletin in pineapple juice mixed with enough water to make 1 pt liquid.  Add sugar when mixture begins to thicken.  Whip together until light in color.  beat in pineapple, add rice and fold in cream.  Pour into molds and serve with morchino cherry & whipped cream.
