Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls

1/2 cup starter
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup water
2 cups flour
1/4 cup soft butter
3 Tbsp sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp melted butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

The night before combine starter, milk, water, & 2 cups flour.  Cover and let stand at room temp. overnight.

Beat together butter, sugar, egg.  Blend in sourdough mixture.  Combine 1/2 cup flour, soda, baking powder, and salt.  Mix with other mixture.  Turn out on board and knead adding a bit more flour if needed. 
Roll out.  Brush with melted butter.  Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon.  Roll, cut, dip in melted butter and raise about 1 hour.  Bake at 375 25-30 minutes.  Frost.
